Acrosstown is now a member of Gainesville’s monthly Art Walk!

We are happy to join this community celebration by inviting the public to come watch all or part an open rehearsal of our upcoming show, “You Know I Can’t Hear You When the Water’s Running,” directed by Jerry Rose. Come and see what it’s like to participate in community theatre by enjoying a literal front row seat to the rehearsal process on July 29th, anytime from 7p-9:30p. A Board member will be there to answer questions about the show, the theatre, volunteer opportunities, and more.

We are also looking to sponsor a variety of performance artists to act as street performers, including musicians, mimes, puppeteers, Improv actors, poets, and more. If you’re interested in participating in Art Walk as an Acrosstown-sponsored act, email us (info@acrosstown.org) with details about your act and your availability. This month’s Art Walk takes place on July 29th, from 7p-10p.
