On dark nights (nights when there is no performance), the theatre is available to be rented to nonprofit organizations, bands, other groups, etc. Many groups have recorded at the ART because the acoustics are so good.
Our per hour rates (with a 3 hour minimum) are as follows: non-profit 35.00 & all others 55.00. One half of the rental fee is due up front, plus a refundable 125- cleaning/ key deposit.
