On dark nights (nights when there is no performance), the theatre is available to be rented to nonprofit organizations, bands, other groups, etc.

Our Theatre seats 75 patrons

Our per hour rates (with a 4 hour minimum) are as follows:

Weekday Evenings (Mon-Thur): $50/hr (4 hour minimum).

Weekend Evenings (Fri-Sun.): $75/hr (4 hour minimum)

One half of the rental fee is due when you sign the rental agreement, plus a refundable $125 cleaning/ key deposit.
